Maria Jose Teles Coutinho Elainne Blacksmith Barbosa Saints 1 Mnica Valria of the Birth Flix 2 Rayane de Oliveira Brito 3 SUMMARY the research object of this article focuses the process of construction of the knowledge as for the contribution of the Third Sector as executor of public politics. First, we will approach the question of the Third Sector and its new perspectives of action, to improve the understanding on its contribution as executor of Politics of Social Assistance for carriers of infanto-youthful cancer. This work also aims at to approach information regarding the responsibility and of the comprometimento of the Association of the Volunteers the Service of the Oncologia in Sergipe – AVOSOS in the Social Assistance the children and carrying adolescents of cancer, emphasizing its relevance and performance in the life of the registered in cadastre families. We will still present the analysis of data as analytical complementation to the work. The bibliographical survey, the documentary research and the research of field, through interviews half-structuralized with companions of the children taken care of for the Institution, had supplied the necessary subsidies the accomplishment of this study. We use the exploratria research, with quanti-qualitative method, guided for the boarding dialectic. Finally, we arrive the conclusion of that the Third Sector, as executor of public politics, represented here for the AVOSOS, contributes of significant form to promote quality in the treatment of the users of the institution in partnership with the State and the Civil Society.
