We are convinced that civil society organizations are effective partners of government. People just do not believe in the Party and government will always be united in civil society organizations, and Money here is not to blame. Ukraine is a worldwide network number of Ukrainians who have access to the Internet, is growing steadily. This is evidenced by the results of market research access to the World Wide Web, held company GfK Ukraine. According to a study from late 2009 to late 2010, an increase of 45% and now accounts for 26% of the total population, and that approximately 11-12 million people. Thus, the majority of Ukrainian families own Internet access and, consequently, they have virtually unlimited access to information.
It is also noteworthy that 77% of users in Ukraine the main place of access to the Internet is just a house. Fastest internet coverage today show a small city with a population of 50-100 thousand people, and this indicates that the Ukrainian government is rapidly losing its influence on the electorate outside the big cities, to recently provided by a government-controlled media. This fact, combined with the significant growth in popularity of social networks in Ukraine opens a wide field of "electronic democracy" and makes it difficult for authorities to manipulate public opinion. Consequently, there is every reason to suppose that the next parliamentary elections in 2012 the Internet will become one of the main information platform and will generally play in social communication increasingly important role.
